We ship all Vermec products both domestically and to a number of international destinations which include USA, Canada, Europe, UK,NZ and Japan. If a red error appears after you enter your shipping information please email us so your destination can be added to the shipping method list.

Domestic Australia Post Services-
Australia Post Express Service: QLD 1-4 Business Days Other States 2-4 Business Days. Australia Post Standard Service: QLD 3-7 Business Days, WA 5-8 Business Days, Other States 3-6 Business Days.
International Australia Post- Delivery times vary for each International country, times are stated when selecting a shipping method.
Delivery Times- Are estimates only, please take in consideration - Delivery location (Metro/Rural),Post cut of times, flights, customs, holidays and other dates that may affect delivery times.
International Customs and Tax Fees-Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vermec is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Extra Transit Cover - Standard cover is included at no extra cost for items valued up to AU$100. Extra Cover for loss or damage up to AU$5,000 can be purchased for an additional cost.
Shipping charges for Domestic Orders over 22kg and International Orders over 20kg- If an order exceeds these weight limits, the website won't charge freight. We will have to calculate shipping charges manually and charge you separately for the freight.
Dispatch- Some Items are made to order which can take 2-4 weeks to produce. Items that are In stock will get dispatched as soon as possible.

Why we send parcels with signature- When no one is home, items that don’t have signature are just left in a “safe place”. Sometimes that safe place isn’t findable to the receiver or is unsecure. Which then can result in missing items. If items do go missing and signature-required gets breached, Australia Post is held liable, not the customer.
Note to Seller- If a Note to Seller (example measurement details/thread sizes etc.) needs to be added to the order , It can be applied after the payment section under REVIEW & SUBMIT ORDER.
Holiday Closures (Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays etc..)- During Holiday Closures NO orders will be dispatched, If a web order is placed, it will still be processed on behalf of our website provider and will be dispatched once we are back in the office, closure dates are specified on website and Facebook.
Refunds- Goods returned must be in their original condition and packaging, with the original invoice and must be returned within 14 days. A credit or refund will be issued (excluding postage & handling) for the returned goods. No credits or refunds will be given if the goods have been used or damaged unless by fault of the manufacturer. Exchanges & refunds cannot be given on special orders.
